Tonkotsu Ramen at Kyushu Jangara Ramen

Tasty Broth, Great Ramen!

One famous Tonkotsu ramen (pork based soup) in Tokyo is Kyushu Jangara Ramen (九州じゃんがら).
Kyushu (九州 Kyūshū?, lit. "Nine Provinces") is the southernmost of the four main islands that make up Japan, and it is home to their infamous creation, tonkotsu ramen.

Harajuku Kyushu Janagara Ramen's location was convenient, walking distance from Harajuku station and the entrance to the Yoyogi Park / Meiji Shrine.

I ordered the No.1 recommended which is  the Kyushu Jangara.
1080 yen per order.

The Kyushu jangara has thin tender noodles.
The pork well seasoned.
And, the broth rich and flavorful.

Kyushu Jangara features thin slices if chashu(pork), big, thick, tasty pieces of braised pork belly. There’s also marinated cod roe (mentaiko), bamboo shoots, chopped green onions and poached egg among others.

For a Ramen lover like me,
You won't be disappointed!

Definitely a good place for Ramen.
