Yamanakako Hanano Miyako Flower Park is a beautiful flower garden that has magnificent Mt. Fuji right in the background.

Yamanakako Hanano Miyako Koen is located at the area of Lake Yamanakako, the nearest lake to Mt. Fuji.
There are different kinds of flowers from Spring to Autumn.

“Seiryu-no-sato (Home of spring water)” in the park has the Myojin waterfall, a greenhouse dome, and an exhibition site of lava of Mt. Fuji.

I went here last Golden Week, just in time for their Annual Spring Festival.

Approximately 150,000 tulips including lily-shaped, double flowering, and late-blooming , bloom in rotation is in the vast ground at the foot of Mt.Fuji.

This site is full of colorful flowers.

I was also here last year, but I wasn't able to appreciate the beauty of this spot, since it was late and I was not able to see Mt.Fuji from this location, I was bit disappointed. I was only able to see the "hanabi" or their fireworks that night.

But now, as I was able to see perfectly how beautiful this park is considering that you have Mt.Fuji in you background, I would definitely come back here.

Great tip to consider in planning a trip would be to check the weather on that day. I was so lucky that it was a fine weather when I got here.  Since I traveled far enough just to see this beautiful place.
If in case it would be a cloudy day, you wont be able to see the beauty of Mt.Fuji.

Make sure you go to Fuji Station early because there aren`t a lot of buses going to Hana no Miyako Koen.

I love to see a field full of blooming flowers... feels heaven..

What a wonderful world...

The view was majestic, aside from the bed of flowers your backdrop is Mt.Fuji.
So Beautiful....
I love beautiful sceneries and to see a field full of blooming flowers.
